FACILITY USE REQUEST - ML Schedules
DCS is rolling out a new online building use scheduling system called ML Schedules. The new request form is located here: DeRuyter CSD ML Schedules Request Form

All facility use requests are completed online. For DeRuyter CSD employees, you can access the form through your account by clicking the “Log in with Google” button within the form.
If you are not a DCS employee and wish to request use of school facilities, the first step needed to make an online request is to create an ML Schedules user account by clicking here:

Please complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Once you have created an account, you can use those credentials to log on via the regular request form link at the top of this page.
